While we are getting ready for our big trip to France we are staying with our very good friends Allan and Carole Tyler in Herne Bay. This post is taking place over Allan's broadband connection, so it is a practice for WiFi connectivity.

Pasting into a blog.

Now I am trying to import text into my blog. I expect that while we are traveling it will be important to be able to be able to prepare blog posts off line.

Learning about blogging.

Well, creating the blog was no problem. Today I tried to create a new post but the dashboard could not find my blog account. Eventually I realised I had not used the correct user name. No doubt there will be some further hiccups like that.
